I spent a few weekends ago up in the Smokey Mountains near Gatlinburg, Tennessee at Brother's Cove Cabins to celebrate the wedding of Jordan & Jon. I LOVE when couple's do whole weekend celebrations, so they get to hang out with their friends and family for more than just a few hours. We arrived Thursday afternoon and settled into our cabin. Friday was spent doing last minute wedding prep, the rehearsal & dinner (followed by the most INCREDIBLE rainbow i've ever seen), and a fun adventure to an alpine coaster nearby with the whole bridal party.
Saturday morning was beautiful and sunny, but the rain started just as the ceremony was set to begin. Jordan & Jon decided to keep their ceremony outside, and it turned into the most magical celebration as they pledged their lives to one another. Afterward, we braved some portraits in the rain, and then got the most gorgeous fog rolling through the mountains during some more photos. It was an incredibly fun & special celebration of two amazing people, and i'm so honored that i was there to capture it all.
Enjoy the photos (and press play to listen to the song that was playing as the rain started and the bridal party walked down the aisle, and Jon saw Jordan for the first time....it was like a scene from a movie)
